Residential Electrical & Plumbingin Northern California

Most remodels live or die on the trades you never see. We run electrical and plumbing as part of our residential projects and as standalone upgrades: panel replacements, whole-house repipes, water heaters, and the code corrections that old houses accumulate.

Common Questions

Electrical & Plumbing FAQs

Do I need a panel upgrade for an EV charger or ADU?+

Often, but not always — a load calculation tells the truth. Sometimes a load-management device beats a $5,000 service upgrade. We check before we quote.

When should a house be repiped?+

Galvanized pipe: it's time. Repeated pinhole leaks in copper: it's time. We repipe with minimal wall damage and patch what we open.

Are permits really necessary for this work?+

Yes — and it protects you. Unpermitted electrical and plumbing surface at sale time and in insurance claims. We pull permits as standard practice, no shortcuts.
