How long is a kitchen remodel, really?+
A no-layout-change remodel: 4–6 weeks. Wall removals and full guts: 8–12. The honest variable is cabinet lead time — we don't start demo until your cabinets have a confirmed ship date.
Can we remove the wall to the living room?+
Usually — many are load-bearing but that just means a beam, which we engineer and install routinely. We confirm structure before you fall in love with the open plan.
How do you keep the dust out of the rest of the house?+
Sealed plastic containment, floor protection, daily cleanup, and a working temporary kitchen setup if you're living through it. It matters more than people think.
