Common Questions
Commercial Drywall FAQs
What finish level do I actually need?+
Depends on lighting and paint. Flat wall grazed by daylight or LED coves needs Level 5; typical office walls do fine at Level 4. We'll spec it honestly instead of upselling.
Do you install fire-rated walls?+
Yes — rated assemblies, demising walls between tenants, and shaft walls, built to the listed assembly and documented for inspection.
What is FRP and where is it required?+
Fiberglass reinforced panels — the washable wall surface health codes want in commercial kitchens, restrooms, and medical areas. We install and seal it so it passes inspection and survives the mop crew.
