Common Questions
Custom Home Construction FAQs
Do you build from our plans or do we need your designer?+
Either. Bring finished plans and we'll bid them, or start with us from a napkin sketch and we'll manage design, engineering, and permits as one contract.
How do you keep custom home budgets from exploding?+
Allowances set realistically from the start, selections locked before their lead times bite, and change orders priced in writing before work happens. Drift is a process failure, and it's preventable.
How long does a custom home take to build?+
Typically 10–14 months of construction depending on size and site, plus design and permitting up front. You get a real schedule, updated weekly, not a guess.
