Restaurant Remodelingin Northern California
A restaurant remodel has a rule the calendar enforces: every day closed is revenue gone. We plan remodels in phases — dining room while the kitchen runs, kitchen during a short dark period, patio in parallel — to keep you serving as much of the time as possible.

Common Questions
Restaurant Remodeling FAQs
Can we stay open during the remodel?+
Usually, at least partially. We phase work and schedule the disruptive trades overnight or on your closed days. Where a dark period is unavoidable, we compress it and tell you the exact dates up front.
Will a remodel trigger ADA or code upgrades?+
It can — restrooms and path of travel are the usual ones. We identify what your permit will trigger before you commit, so the budget reflects the whole job.
How fast can a dining room refresh happen?+
Paint, lighting, flooring, and fixtures can often be done in 2–3 weeks of night work without closing at all.
