Interior commercial is almost always metal stud: straight, non-combustible, and faster to inspect. Wood shows up in mixed-use and some structural situations. We use what the code and the job want.
Can you cut new openings in existing walls?+
Yes — including headers and structural work with engineering when the wall is load-bearing. We confirm what's structural before anyone swings a hammer.
Do you coordinate blocking for TVs, cabinets, and equipment?+
Always. We collect the mounting plan for everything heavy before walls close so nothing gets hung on hope and drywall anchors.
